I met Robert Taub several months ago. My better half and I were attending The Valley Forge Body,Mind and Spirit Expo. Amy wanted to try talking to an Intuitive, healer, psychic, or seer of some kind. We walked by many. Some promised many things – the future, instantaneous healings, and the like. I walked past Robert . Twice. He radiated peace… not in a glazed “head in the clouds” kind of way. His demeanor was more like someone who seemed truly content. Peacefully fearless. We both attended his seminar and enjoyed it immensely (the group healing was amazing).  We have spoken with him several times since then. During that time Amy’s  book  “They’re Not Gone” was released. I’ve finally expanded my office. I’m giving  seminars. I’ve surround myself with truly supportive people. My life is transforming. Robert Taub has been a part of the journey. Please. Read on…..

CHICAGO, IL — According to author and healer Robert Taub, this is the most significant time in human history to be alive. The world is undergoing a profound transformation that has the potential to create a literal heaven here on Earth. This unprecedented opportunity is available to everyone now— individually, societally and as a planet.

“Since 2000, humanity has been rapidly awakening and moving into a new paradigm,” says Taub. “Vibrant health, happiness, inner peace and prosperity are more possible than ever. We really have the potential now to work together to create something much better. I’m helping my clients to do that within their own lives, which ultimately extends outward, by their examples, to benefit others, too.”

Taub provides his clients with healing and transformational guidance through individual sessions, a book series and workshops that he teaches nationwide at healing expos. His clients are national and international, and he usually works by phone.

“Because I can see and work directly with a client’s energy body as we talk, being in the same room is unnecessary,” says Taub. “Of course, in person I can connect a physical presence with the energy, and it’s nice to see faces.”

That’s one reason Taub enjoys doing workshops at expos. Taub uses his early career experience as a technology trainer to deliver highly engaging and entertaining workshops on his healing work. He will be appearing  at the Body, Mind, Spirit Expo in Voorhees, New Jersey, from May 21 through 23. His workshop on Saturday, May 22, 2–4 pm, will focus on Personal and Planetary Ascension, and he will offer guidance on awakening and healing in America, embracing the newly arriving energies, preparing for 2012 and gradually and safely activating our full DNA potential. In addition to a group healing, workshop participants also receive a copy of Taub’s book, Awakening in America®, a guidebook for spiritual awakening, the title of which was revealed to him in a dream. Part guide to awakening into higher consciousness and part spiritual adventure novel, Awakening in America® provides perspective on some of modern society’s most baffling questions: “Why haven’t I found my soul-mate and created the perfect relationship?” “Who am I anyway?” “Why am I here?”

Prior to writing the book, higher guidance also led Taub to become a healer. At one time an MBA with a comfortable corporate job, he suffered a debilitating illness and became his first client as he healed himself through diet and lifestyle changes and energetic clearing.

I had so much unreleased stress and emotional trauma that my auto-immune system began to fail,” recalls Taub. “In 1992, I started to become arthritic, and by 1994, I could barely move. All of the healing I experienced then was actually helping to pave the way for assisting with this paradigm shift we’re undergoing right now.”

Taub has dedicated the past decade of his life to pioneering his powerful transformational healing work, beginning with the study of ancient and modern wisdom and meditation in 1987, which he later learned was the year of a significant Harmonic Convergence.

His transformational healing method combines techniques he has developed and lifestyle recommendations with unique Source-given intuitive abilities that awakened in him after a major consciousness shift. This combination makes Taub unique in the realm of holistic practitioners. He can intuitively see the roots of issues and dis-ease in a client’s energy body, and he then directs Source energy to those areas to facilitate healing.

Taub regained his own health, and brings the experience of his own healing and spiritual awakening to his writing and to his clients. He says he has had great success in helping clients with depression, lack of life purpose, chronic illnesses and dis-eases that are hard to treat through typical Western methods.

“Those of us who are awakening spiritually in America face many challenges, and it’s easy to overly immerse ourselves in material diversions as a way of coping but also avoiding our spiritual needs,” he says. “Mastering the challenges on our own paths is the only way I have found to experience the ultimate joy of expanded awareness. Sharing what I have discovered while awakening is why I was drawn to become a healer and to write Awakening in America®.”

If you miss Robert in New Jersey, you can meet him at the Kryon Summer Light Conference in Sedona, Arizona, June 18 through 20. You can learn more about his work and order his book at www.awakeninginamerica.com.

I guess you all know it’s been a long, long time
Since the days of turnin’ water to wine
Things ain’t easy, but they always improve
When you go and get your poor old body to move

“He Couldn’t Get His Poor Ol’ Body to Move”- Brian Wilson

Many people say they love to network. Many folks would love to exchange ideas. So it was great to really meet someone who is a prime example of both.

I recently did a seminar with Corey and Dr Fetterman of  Creative Chiropractic Solutions. Afterwords, myself , Corey and the rest of the Creative Chiro staff got together for a brainstorming lunch. I wish I could do this every week!

When talking to Corey I was amazed at his dedication and intent. His willingness to share these qualities with others was impressive. His ability to motivate others transcends his fitness practice. He truly believes “if there is a will there is a way”.

Oh, by the way…He is a kick-ass Fitness Motivator. I use the word Motivator because only a motivator can bring you to the abyss of change and show you how to fly. n1570263714_133721_6049

Corey’s service, TRAIN WITH COREY provides full service personal training for a wide variety of clients. From brides toning up for a wedding, to those who play high school and amateur sports, to older adults trying to stay fit.Whether you want to focus on weightlifting, weight loss, strength training, cardio, core development, or sports-specific training this staff  has the knowledge, resources and commitment to help you reach your goals.

He is a little sneaky. He has a secret weapon.

Corey finds what motivates you. Your success is what motivates him.

Thanks Corey, it was great meeting you and I can’t wait to see where your intention takes you!

Sometime ago I got an interesting phone call from a cheerful woman from Gilbert,Az. She wanted to know how best to get started as a Psychic Medium. I was honored to have her ask me…I later found out she tried others in the business but no one seemed to have the time! Too bad for them. Holly has turned out to be one of the hardest working people in the field.

Through her work as a medium and psychic, Holly helps others reconnect with their loved ones in the afterlife, an area she feels contributes not only to “healing the grieving loved one left behind helping to confirm the continuity of life,” but also to the overall enlightenment of humanity in providing validity that we do live on.

As a psychic, Holly is committed to providing others with insight and direction, so they are able to move forward and make the best possible decisions. Holly is also Reiki Master Practioner. So am I…small world ain’t it?

reiki15b15d1Holly helps her clients understand physical, mental and emotional challenges and their underlying causes. Being a Master Practitioner in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Seichem, Holly helps her clients restore their energies thereby eliminating the effects of negative imbalances, blocked memories, emotional ties that bind, spiritual abuse and poor circulation. Holly has worked with babies, children, teenagers, adults, pets and plants, continually witnessing miraculous results. Unlike specific medical treatments, these beautiful Reiki treatments address BODY, MIND and SPIRIT as a whole.

Like I said one hardworking lady. I wish her all the best and look forward to working with her in the future.

“Anna Lee the Healer” – The Beach Boys
Many don’t know this but I have a Reiki Master Certification (RMT). I love Reiki, but the coaching and mediumship take up a lot of my time. I think it’s time to change some of that..but that’s for another post. I have worked with many Reiki practitioners but one of the most intuitive is Heather Nelson.

Heather first used her hands to heal when she was nine, placing them on her mother and brother and praying to relieve their pain – her mother from rheumatoid arthritis and her brother from cerebral palsy. She and her family were in awe of the intensity of the heat that radiated from her hands during these sessions. Heather knew from the beginning that this amazing power came from outside herself, and felt very blessed that she could access this healing energy for those she loved.

I have worked in tandem with Heather and this healer has “mucho” healing energy. Her guides definitively work thru her. If you have the chance, taking Reiki 1 or 2 from her will be a “guided” experience!

Heather will be holding classes in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, and will be teaching thisReiki weekend here on the weekend of October 25th and 26th. The teaching location is only two blocks from the Coconino National Forest.

My good friend Heather Nelson is an incredible reiki master, colleague, and jewelry designer…she’s designed a new reiki infused chakra bracelet .This is a beautiful and energetic piece of custom jewelry. This post is a great resource on crystals and chakras. (my thanks to Heather and http://www.heatherstones.com.)

I’ve been asked by various folks to explain “chakra jewelry” and why you would want to wear it. So here goes! First, I’ll give a simplified explanation of what chakras are, and then I’ll talk about why jewelry containing the right gemstones can help strengthen and balance your chakras.

The human body’s blood circulatory system looks like a road map, with major highways (veins and arteries) and countless side roads (capillaries); there are many “intersections” where the veins and arteries branch off. The body’s energy system is similar, with many channels running throughout the body, and many “intersections”. Very simply, in the blood circulatory system, oxygenated blood flows away from the heart and lungs via the arteries, and “used”, deoxygenated blood returns via the veins. However, in the energy system, channels carrying different subtle energies meet in hundreds of places in our bodies. In each place where different energies meet, a swirling vortex forms, similar to the vortex created when cold and warm air meet in a weather system. In our subtle energy system, ancient Indian scholars called this energetic vortex a chakra, which means “wheel”. All of the chakras are interconnected, mutually affected by the ebb and flow of the person’s subtle energies.

Although there are many chakras, seven chakras occur along the body’s midline, where the subtle body’s major energies meet. There are many views of these chakras’ properties, but they can be described as follows:

  • Root or Base Chakra: The most primal chakra, the Root chakra is closely associated with our sense of safety and security, and with being grounded. This chakra is closely linked to our need to survive. It is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is associated with the color red.
  • Sacral or Belly Chakra: The Sacral chakra is the home of our energies around close, intimate relationships, such as with our family and life partners, and is the source of both our creativity and sexuality. It is located just below the navel, centered in the body between the spine and the belly. This chakra is associated with the color orange.
  • Solar Plexus Chakra: The Solar Plexus chakra is our personal sun, and is the home of our self-confidence and emotional stability. It is the source of the energies from which we draw as we meet new people and generally make our way in the world. For most men and women, the Solar Plexus is the seat of their personal power, although for some women it is at the Root chakra. It is located at the solar plexus, just below the ribs. This chakra is associated with the color yellow.
  • Heart Chakra: As you might expect, the Heart chakra is the source of energies related to love, caring, and compassion. This chakra is also associated with giving and receiving healing energy. It is located in the center of the chest, just above the breasts. This chakra is associated with the colors green and pink.
  • Throat Chakra: The throat chakra is related to how we communicate what we think and feel. Unlike the Solar Plexus chakra, which relates to how we present ourselves (confident, shy, enthusiastic, and so forth), this chakra relates to how we actually express ourselves, and to some degree, how well we listen. It is located at the base of the throat, at the “pocket” between the ends of the collar bone. This chakra is associated with the color blue, usually a sky blue.
  • Third Eye: The Third Eye is the seat of our intuition and psychic abilities – with this chakra, we can see the unseen. It is located on the center of the forehead. This chakra is associated with the color indigo, a deep blue.
  • Crown Chakra: The Crown chakra is the source of our spirituality; divine energy flows into our body via this chakra. It is located just above the center of the head. This chakra is associated with the colors white and a deep purple.

The chakras are numbered from the Root (1) to the Crown (7).

Good maintenance of these seven chakras is essential to your health and well being, in mind, body, and spirit – they should be kept clear and equally balanced at all times, with no one chakra being treated as “better” than another. Regular Reiki treatment is my favorite way to do this – a full session thoroughly cleanses the chakras and brings them into balance with each other. Between sessions, though, a good way to maintain your chakras is carry or wear gemstones that are associated with each chakra. A particular chakra’s gemstone may (or may not) be the same color as that associated with that chakra, but more importantly, the stone has properties that benefit the chakra, strengthening and often cleansing it. Here is a list of a few of the gemstones commonly associated with each of the chakras.

  • Root/Base: Garnet, ruby, red jasper, black tourmaline, smoky quartz
  • Sacral/Belly: Amber, citrine, carnelian, orange calcite, topaz
  • Solar Plexus: Golden topaz, tiger eye, citrine
  • Heart: Rose quartz, aventurine, kunzite, emerald
  • Throat: Aquamarine, chrysocolla, lapis lazuli, sodalite, turquoise
  • Third Eye: Amethyst, blue calcite, lapis lazuli
  • Crown: Amethyst, charoite, clear quartz, selenite, sugilite

In chakra jewelry, all of the chakras are represented. Some chakra jewelry represents merely the colors of the chakras, using glass or man-made crystal. This is mildly helpful, but is mostly pretty. For me, true chakra jewelry uses natural gemstones that benefit each of the chakras as described above, and is worn as either a bracelet or necklace, with the stones touching the skin. In this way, every chakra receives equal benefit, which naturally and gently keeps all seven of them in balance. (You can see examples of this kind of chakra jewelry at HeatherStones.com.)

I hope I’ve answered the question well here. Of course, now that I’ve thrown nearly a thousand words at the subject, the reason you should wear chakra jewelry is really very simple – it feels good, and keeps you feeling good!
